Text, social media, chatting apps, are the most popular communication ways nowadays,
mobile phones have become one of the most important roles in people's daily lives,
the internet is making people able to communicate with the whole world,
although people in the different countries speak different languages,
they have one thing, everybody 'says' it,
that is Emoji.
EMOJI生动形象，超越国籍和文化的表达方式，成为了当下最流行的网络表达
许多人认为这是一套真正的世界语，不需要有更多的语言去解释它
然而这是真的吗？
Emoji's vivid expression of personification, beyond nationality and culture,
has become the most popular network expression of the moment.
Many people believe that this set of expressions is genuine "Esperanto" and does not require more languages.
However, is this really the case?

我曾经同意这个观点，直到我来到了英国学习
我发现人们基于不同文化对于EMOJI会有不同的理解
举一个例子，微笑的表情在年轻一代的中国人当中并不是代表着友好的意思，更多的是一种鄙视的情绪
然而在英国，我发现很多人喜欢用这个表情来表示善意
尽管我知道他们不是不开心或者鄙视的意思，但我每次看到这个表情都还是会紧张
这让我开始思考或许Emoji并不是我们想象中的那样全球通用
人们对于一个表情的不同理解会造成他们彼此的误解和敌意
I agreed that until I come to the UK to study,
and I thought people from the different cultures would have a different understanding of some emoji.
Such as ‘Slightly Happy Face’, I only use it when I feel unhappy and it is passive-aggressive, or to convey the notion in the young age generation of Chinese people's opinion,
but I saw many British people send it to express kindness and friendliness.
Every time I saw this emoji I always feel nervous, although I know they might not mean what I used to think the meaning is,
but my habit just makes me feel strange while saw this emoji. This discovery led me to consider that perhaps emoji is not so globally common.
If different people have different understandings of the same emoji, they can still cause misunderstandings and hostility.
所以我产生了一个想法，为什么不制作一个APP让所有的EMOJI爱好者来分享自己的经验呢
在这个APP里人们可以讨论，可以提问，可以分享自己知道的关于EMOJI的一切
So I came up with an idea why not make an app for all EMOJI fans to share their experiences.
In this app, people can discuss, ask questions, and share everything they know about EMOJI.
